Hello! I'm Susan and I am so excited to share with you the benefits of Reiki energy healing here in Midhurst, West Sussex.
Reiki is a wonderful system of healing originally from Japan, that utilises energy flow known as Universal Life Force. It helps balance the body chakras, unblocking where needed to bring about increased wellness throughout the body, mind and spirit that makes us whole or in "Oneness".
Reiki has been shown to help ease stress and anxiety, improve mood and even alleviate depression, reducing both mental and physical pain.
Reiki is recognised and used as a complementary or alternative therapy for some serious medical issues, including cancer.
Reiki can help you feel relaxed, comfortable, happy safe and nurtured. It can boost the immune system and really helps with sleep issues.
It can be life changing! What's not to like!
What to expect
People are individual so see and feel different things but some similar experiences shared include
Feeling relaxed and falling asleep, sometimes really deeply
Emotional release and some may cry. that's ok, you are in a safe space
Feeling happier, smiling, laughing out loud
Feeling more focussed, clearer mind, better ability to cope
Aches and pains feel better, symptoms diminished
Seeing colours, shapes and forms, feeling warmth or cold - blankets at the ready!
Personal consultations
You can either lay on the couch or sit in a chair, most people prefer the couch but please choose
There are blankets and cushions for your comfort and you keep your clothes on for the session, just remove your shoes
Reiki can be with hands on or hands off a few inches away from your body as it works the same way, just let me know your preference

On your first visit, there is an initial consultation and a form to sign. Your details will be stored securely and you can view them upon request.
Online/Remote Reiki session
Yes, Reiki can really be shared when two people are in different places. A willingness to participate and an agreement to the time when you can be in a quiet, undisturbed and comfortable place is needed

I would love to meet you here in my therapy room in Midhurst where your treatment can be carried out either lying down on the treatment couch with cushions to support you and blankets or, if you prefer, you can be seated for your session if this is more comfortable for you.
You will be fully clothed throughout, just shoes off, so please wear something comfortable.
I am mobile so can visit your home with my therapy couch if this is your preference. Please ask at time of booking as areas I cover are : Midhurst, Petworth, Haslemere, Liphook, Liss, Petersfield, Chichester
